Entry Fee
$10 per rider. Second race $10 per rider. Elite Men and Women are free. Raleigh Retailers and P&A Vendors are free.
Race Day Check-In
Riders must check-in and pick up race number no later than 30 minutes before the start of their race at Race Registration.
Amenities
Food vendors with food for purchase will be available on-site. There will also be a beer garden open throughout the day. Please bring potable water as the temperatures could be in the 90’s in July. Industry Expo Area will be open throughout the day as well.
Demo Bikes
Demo bikes from Raleigh will be available throughout the day at NO CHARGE for test rides and races.
Lodging

Categories
Categories are self-seeding. Sandbagging will not be tolerated. Riders are encouraged to choose the category that provides them the maximum challenge while allowing for them to be competitive.
Beginner = Little or no racing experience in any cycling discipline
Cat 4 = CX beginner with experience in other cycling disciplines
Cat 3 = Intermediate
Cat 2 = Advanced
*Elite = Must possess USCF Cat 1 or 2 Cyclocross License
Prizes
Merchandise prizes three deep for all categories (see below for Elite and Singlespeed).
Top Elite Rider without contract will receive a “Contract with Raleigh” for the 2011/2012 US UCI Cyclocross Calendar. Offered to both Elite Men and Women. Approximate value of $10,950 to $14,950 (equipment & travel support).
Eligibility for Top Elite Rider without contract prize
- Must be eligible to ride UCI sanctioned Elite cyclocross races in 2011/2012.
- Must purchase a UCI International License to receive prize.
- Must be racing age 19 or over during the 2011/2012 cyclocross season.
- Cannot have a current contract with a UCI trade team for the 2011/2012 cyclocross season.
- Cannot have a current contract with title sponsor for the 2011/2012 cyclocross season.
- Must be able to attend all US Grand Prix of Cyclocross and Cross After Dark races in 2011.
Elite Men & Women Cash Prize List – $2,850 / 3 Deep

Site Logistics
Spectator Parking
No parking available for spectators within race venue at Nelson Dairy Farm. Designated parking areas open at 1:00pm and are located at the Cle Elum-Roslyn High School parking lot.
Designated parking at Nelson Dairy Farm is for race participants only (see Course map PDF). Overflow parking possible along Nelson Dairy Road.
Racer Parking
- All racers will park at Dawson Park. The park is located along coal mine way in the Rope Rider neighborhood of Suncadia. Entrance to the park is directly off of Suncadia Trail near the entrance of the resort. Racers should enter the resort through its main entrance, travel pass the greeters’ cottage and main real estate sales center to coal mine way (which will be on their right). Turn right on coal mine way and travel down the hill to the park. There will be signs directing racers where to park. There are two parking lots at Dawson Park, which will fill immediately so early arrival is good. Overflow parking is available along Big Dirty Court and the transfer station gravel lot, both of which are next to the park. Proper signage will be in place to direct racers to overflow parking.
- There is absolutely no vehicle parking allowed along Coal Mine Way near Dawson Park.
- There is absolutely no vehicle parking allowed on the lawn of the park.
- Carpooling is encouraged due to limited parking.
- Racers are encouraged to ride their bikes to the race venue or catch the shuttle bus that will run on regular intervals from the spectator parking area, stopping at the park to pick-up racers, then onto the race venue.
- Directions to race venue from Dawson Park are as follows: follow Coal Mine Way to Swiftwater drive, turn right onto Swiftwater Drive, follow Swiftwater Drive to entrance of Nelson Dairy Farm. You’re now at the race venue.
- It is imperative that all racers and their support teams pack out any trash, gear, etc. from the park no later than 9:00pm on July 21, 2011.
Shuttle Service
Shuttle service will begin at 1:00pm and will run every 15 minutes.
- Each shuttle will have an event staff person/ASB volunteer on board to field questions from spectators.
- Pick up for race will be in front of High School and will drop off at entrance to Nelson Dairy Farm off of Swiftwater Drive within Suncadia.
- Bus access to Suncadia will be through Firehouse Road entrance off of Bullfrog Road. Temporary access for buses only granted by Suncadia Community Associations.
- Pick up at end of race will be at entrance to Nelson Dairy Farm off of Swiftwater Drive within Suncadia. Drop-off will be High School Parking Lot.
- Suncadia will provide shuttle service for resort guests staying at the Lodge and Inn to race location. Pre-race drop-off and post-race pick-up same as general public.
